What will you do?

  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints

  • Ensure the warehouse is opened on time and closed nightly

  • Build relationships with clients and vendors, handling their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate individuals

  • Coordinate and fulfill customer orders from inquiry to finish including: inventory orders, new order organization, product preparation, product fulfillment, pack, and ship orders.

  • Use computer for various applications, such as order management, product design development, word processing, and more.

  • Learn and use Laser Engraving Machine and Vinyl Machines

  • Communicate with customers after product received to celebrate, honor, and remember them to deepen relationships

  • Manage and schedule other team members to ensure quick product production and delivery

  • Build and maintain standard operating procedures that documents all systems and standards for the team

  • Pay bills, send invoices, track and reconcile budget and accounts

  • Orchestrate the team and client events

  • Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems.

  • Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the team and individual interests.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities

  • Technologically savvy, ability to learn new software: Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva etc.

  • Creative minded who enjoys hands on work

  • Experience with Vinyl machines (Cricut) a plus

  • Customer service oriented

  • Adaptability and creative problem solving


Sales & Marketing Specialist (ProGifted)

What Will You Do?

  • Secure new business revenue for our company by spending a majority of time in the field seeking opportunities and building a sales pipeline

  • Diligently manage the sales pipeline to include qualifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and positioning the company to increase new business revenue

  • Effectively monitor and provide weekly updates to management on progress, new opportunities, closed business, and any issues that affect the sales goals

  • Actively participate with the team offering insight and ideas that could improve our overall success

  • Use computer for various applications including product orders, CRM management, and other needs

  • Build relationships with clients and vendors, handling their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate individuals
